Premier French Dip

It was soooooooo good. I've never had crispy onions on a French dip but that addition is something I'll have to replicate whenever I make my own. I'm a big fan of horseradish and it was just heavenly in the sandwich, no notes. And that au jus, it's so flavorful and doesn't make the bread too soggy, the perfect amount of crispy and dip.
