Manatee Island Bar and Grill has become a staple on beautiful Hutchinson Island, and currently under ownership of Perry Hospitality Group. The Charleston, SC based group owns 11 other restaurants and took ownership here in 2023 and looks forward to carrying on the great legacy, making improvements, and growing their footprint in the area.
